Should you have received a faulty product or not received the product you ordered, please send an e-mail to our customer service: email@example.com
Your e-mail should include the following characteristics:
- Name of purchaser or customer ID
- Order code
- Article description or item number of the wrong or faulty product
- Short description whats wrong with your order
- A valid phone number where you can be reached
During the course of the return process you will get an e-mail with a reclamaition form which you please place inside the package by sending back. Of course you do not have to cover the costs for sending back products in case of a return or having received the wrong products.
